SAFETY
1st
safety: Cooking in the pressure cooker lid and releasing of the extra pressure
inside the cooker is accomplished with the help of vent (for usage the parts of
the lid, you can look at the user's guide). 2nd
safety: If the cooking vent is blocked for any reason and becomes unable to function,
then the safety vent starts to work and releases the extra pressure inside the
cooker. 3rd
safety: If both the cooking vent and the safety vent are blocked and become unable
to function, then extra pressure inside the cooker is released safely by the six
numbers of safety openings. 4th
safety: When there is pressure inside the cooker, it is impossible to open the
lid by hand, however a bolt with a red head is put on the lid that rises with
the pressure inside the cooker and locks the lid. This bolt prevents the lid from
being opened by mistake while cooking.
